This class is for those times when you don’t have much time, or much space! All standing up, take 5 minutes out to stretch and breath with awareness. A great way to boost energy and attention levels quickly and easily!

Get up - Wake up!
A 12 minute class when you don’t have much space. Standing up after sitting at a desk for a while, allows more oxygen to reach the brain to improve focus and concentration and reminds you of good posture!
